AMC Health/1Vision is a fast-growing and innovation-driven healthcare provider. Our continued success with the Veterans Association (VA) telehealth program has created an opportunity to add to our talented team.

We’re looking for clinical support sales staff to further to provide advanced clinical decision  solutions that measurably improve clinical effectiveness by helping healthcare professionals provide optimal care for their patients.

In this role, you will be using your expertise in healthcare technology, relationship building and networking within an assigned territory. The goal is to further expand the use of the VA telehealth solution by collaborating with Care Coordinators. The Inside Sales AM will be paired with a Field AM and will be responsible for the retention and growth of existing customers along with acquisition of new customers. Territories are subject to change periodically.

This position will be based remotely in your home with minimal travel required.


Opportunity Identification & Development • Coordinate closely with Account Manager •  Facilitate outreach and background information collection with new opportunity • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders • Conduct customer needs assessment • Sales • Identify and validate customer needs • Communicate product value prop and solution design •  • Develop and review implementation scope • Coordinate with Account Manager team to execute collaborative active selling functions • Customer Management • Review account utilization management reporting • Conduct account review meetings • Provide ad-hoc customer support and issue routing • Collaborate with marketing in account communications planning and marketing campaigns • Identify and close cross-sell and up-sell opportunities •


College degree or equivalent work experience


3+ years of prior work experience, preferably in a similar inside sales position. • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with and present to key decision-makers, a plus if background is with hospitals and health systems • Excellent account management skills and ability to manage external and internal business priorities • Highly motivated, with proven ability to over-achieve individual and team-based targets • Ability to effectively partner with and support field-based team to achieve mutual goals. • Effective time management and prioritization skills • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Excellent administrative and organizational skills and process-orientation • Expertise in Microsoft product suite and 3 years sales within the field of home health/hospital or related market environment selling to care coordinators or related health professionals
