Position Description:

To gain market share and grow market in the telehealth services, focused with the Veterans Administration by promoting, training, and servicing AMC Health/1Vision telehealth solution and products within assigned territory.

AMC Health/1 Vision, Government Sales seeks candidates who will meet our customer expectations by striving without reserve for the greatest possible reliability and quality in our products, processes and systems by being accountable, having a voice, and taking action.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Represent AMC Health/ 1 Vision as the point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Responsible for sales, service, clinical / tech support (supported by in-house team as well).
  • Manage overall relationship within locations.
  • Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service AMC Health/1 Visions’ products and services.
  • Implement quarterly sales plan and achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of AMC Health/1 Vision products and support sales efforts of same.
  • Coordinate customer activities at all meetings as assigned.
  • Complete administrative reporting as assigned (for example: expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners, competitive updates, and inventory log).
  • Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing, as well as input on customer preferences and product features.
  • Cost-effectively manage time and assets.
  • Effectively utilize sales collateral to support promotional and territorial needs.
  • Train and educate customers to gain incremental business and expand market.
  • Maintain proficient level of product knowledge in all assigned product lines.
 

Basic Qualifications:

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years sales within the field of home health/hospital or related market environment selling to care coordinators or related health professionals
 

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable success in previous employment indicating high level of sales performance.
 

Physical Job Requirements:

  • Frequent required travel to VA Medical Centers, outpatient clinics, hospitals and offsite meetings. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.   • Occasionally will lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day.
  • Over 75% travel required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy. In addition, your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application.

Job Type: Full-time, Not Exempt

The overarching function of a Nurse Care Associate is to support the clinical team by conducting clinical duties. The overall purpose of the NCA is to provide the necessary support to the clinical team, in order for the patients to be able to meet their care goals.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Completes Welcome Call and Core Evaluation.
  • Reports out of range biometric and IVR data to the patients assigned TCM.
  • Contacts patient to confirm biometric readings and request additional readings.
  • Interacts with the patient, family, physician and healthcare team to request and document information required to provide appropriate care.
  • Utilizes “Motivational Interviewing” techniques to influence patient behavioral changes to increase the level of compliance with customized care.
  • Encourages patient participation and compliance in the clinical program.
  • Documents accurately and comprehensively based on current organization policies.
  • Initiates outbound correspondence (ex: phone/fax/email) to clients, care providers, customers and providers.
  • Maintains/ updates client and customer electronic records.

Experience/Education/Computer Proficiency Requirements:

  • Minimum of (3) three years broad clinical experience.
  • Minimum of (1) year of experience in home care, care coordination and transitions of care, case/disease management, telehealth or related specialty fields which may include Pulmonary, Endocrine, Cardiac, and other populations with chronic multiple morbidities.
  • Basic computer skills such as accessing the internet and navigating from one application to another.
  • Other proprietary technological proficiencies will be acquired on the job.
  • Nursing degree from a college or university. Appropriate experience and diploma may be considered in lieu of degree.
 

Licensure and/or Certification Requirements:

  • LPN or LVN
