Expanding healthcare outside the four walls of healthcare

As the cost and complexity of chronic illness continue to rise in the United States, we believe the answers to solving healthcare’s biggest challenges start in the home.

Our Mission

We help people lead healthier, longer lives from the comfort of their home - with fewer trips to the hospital, more control over their health, and the clinical support needed to thrive.

Our Story

AMC Health was founded in 2002 by Nesim Bildirici after the loss of his father, Gabriel, to heart failure. Motivated by that experience, Nesim set out to evolve how chronic conditions are managed—making care more connected and accessible from home. Twenty years later, AMC Health is a leader in virtual care and digital health, powering some of the largest programs in the world.

Our Values

We embody these values to support our partners and keep people's health at the heart of everything we do.

Put People First, Always

We lead with empathy and compassion, putting people, caregivers, and families at the heart of everything we do.

Drive Real Outcomes

We stay focused on tangible impact—using data and accountability to deliver lasting, measurable results.

Keep Things Simple

We make it easier with an end-to-end solution that removes friction for partners, clinicians, and users alike.

Innovate with Purpose

We harness leading technology to keep care advancing, adapting quickly to meet the needs of those we serve.
