Drawing on over 20 years of leadership expertise, Nesim Bildirici has demonstrated a consistent ability to assemble top-tier management teams on a global scale. Before establishing AMC Health, he co-founded RSL Communications, Ltd., and served as a Managing Director for R. S. Lauder, Gaspar & Co., a venture capital fund backed by the Lauder Family of Estee Lauder. In this role, Mr. Bildirici played a key role in managing the initial investment in RSL Communications. His prior experience includes a tenure as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley. Mr. Bildirici is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, holding an MBA, and earned his BA from Columbia University.

James Considine, AMC Health's COO, brings a wealth of experience in leading business operations, previously directing business operations at Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring. His expertise extends to managing business operations at Philips Lifeline, a market leader in personal emergency response, and holding senior leadership roles in operations, business transformation, and strategic marketing. With a background in business operations leadership at GE Power, James is recognized for leading organization-wide transformation initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma deployments and digital transformation. Residing in the Albany area, New York, with his wife, two sons, two golden retrievers, and two cats, he enjoys cycling on nearby roads and trails and passionately supports the Liverpool Football Club.

Jonathan has been with AMC Health for over 17 years, focusing on optimal ways in which remotely gleaned data and the latest virtual care tools can be woven into established best practices for managing costly conditions. With over 30 years of experience as a research gerontologist, he spent the first half of his career developing and analyzing paradigms of community-based chronic care delivery for vulnerable populations. Prior to joining AMC Health, he held leadership positions in Metropolitan Jewish Health System’s Institute for Applied Gerontology, where he co-founded a unique HMO designed to help dually eligible individuals with advanced chronic illness remain in non-institutional settings. He holds a Master of Public Health in Gerontology, an MBA, and a BA in Literature & Philosophy, all from Columbia University. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys hiking, travel, and reading.

Doreen holds a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University and an MBA in Health Care from American Sentinel University. She studied nursing at Geisinger School of Nursing in Danville, PA, and has been a Registered Nurse for 24 years. Before joining AMC Health, Doreen dedicated 20 years to Geisinger Health System, serving as an inpatient RN in the Adult Intensive Care Unit. In the Innovations department, one of her initial projects involved integrating AMC Health RPM into the outpatient case management program. A homebody, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, three pets, and friends. Doreen also takes pleasure in walks, tennis, and movie-watching. Her preferred travel destination is Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

Zeb is a multi-disciplinary professional with an MD and MBA, boasting extensive expertise in implementing advanced health-tech capabilities across diverse care settings and therapeutic areas. His notable achievements include holding VP-level positions in Product and Engineering at Medically Home, a prominent provider of hospital-at-home services. Previously, as a manager in McKinsey's Healthcare Technology Practice, he led teams serving global governments, hospitals, pharmaceutical firms, and medical device manufacturers. Zeb was among the first ten Federal Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) members. He played a crucial role as a founder of the precision medicine startup Atlas5D. Additionally, he has authored numerous patents and publications in home care and digital health. Zeb completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital, holds an MD from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, an MBA from MIT Sloan, a master's degree in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a bachelor's degree in math-physics from Brown University.

Steve brings over 20 years of finance experience from large public accounting and global international companies. Most recently, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer at BVI Medical. Steve held divisional finance roles throughout his career with prominent companies such as General Electric, Siemens, and Liberty Mutual. An alumnus of KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers, he obtained his C.P.A. license in the state of Massachusetts and holds a BS in accountancy from Bentley University.

Warren, who joined AMC Health in February 2017, brings over 25 years of management experience in Information Technology and 17 years of telehealth expertise. Before joining AMC Health, he served as the VP of Information Technology and Product Development at Viterion, a joint venture between Bayer and Panasonic. Over the last decade, Warren played a pivotal role in obtaining and maintaining the ATO (Authority to Operate) for operating within the Department of Veterans Affairs telehealth program. Since 2014, he has successfully led multiple migrations from on-prem-based hosting to the cloud, resulting in significant monthly cost reductions, increased reliability, and scalable performance while ensuring regulatory compliance. Warren's specialties include Business Continuity and Contingency planning, Disaster Recovery, Cybersecurity, IT Process Improvement, and On-Prem to Cloud migration strategy. In his spare time, he enjoys playing classic rock on his Supro guitar and spending time with family and friends.

He has a BS in biology and psychology from the State University of New York at Binghamton and an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Outside of work, Marc is a humorist, author, and songwriter.

Monica Olmos boasts a 20-year tenure in the call center industry, holding senior leadership roles in client services and operations. Over the last decade, she has dedicated her efforts to fortifying client relationships in the healthcare sector, emphasizing operational excellence, innovation, and forward-thinking strategies. Her extensive experience in both onshore and offshore client services and operations has molded her into a trusted leader and client partner. Personal experiences navigating the dynamic healthcare landscape have significantly influenced her successful career. A lifelong Texan, Monica occasionally trades her heels for boots and resides in San Antonio with her husband, four children, and a four-legged friend. When not spoiling her grandson, she can be found on a hiking trail or hunting for treasures in antique shops.

Before joining the company, Tom led the Product Engineering group at MVP Healthcare, gaining firsthand insights into leveraging technology for enhanced patient outcomes. With a decade-long consulting background across public and private sectors, including Health and Human Services, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge to AMC. He prioritizes people, process, and technology – in that order – as foundational elements for achieving AMC's patient-first mission to enhance the healthcare delivery model. Residing in Ballston Spa, NY, with his wife and three children, Tom actively supports his kids at their sporting events, coaches high school football, and explores new travel experiences when not immersed in his professional endeavors.

In her prior roles as Director of Client Success at Carenet Health and Senior Client Executive at Carenet Health (formerly AxisPoint Health), Rebecca consistently achieved client success by prioritizing clients' happiness. She secured multi-year renewals, negotiated revenue additions, and implemented portfolio-wide strategies to ensure clients were satisfied with the services. At AMC Health, Rebecca's steadfast commitment to operational efficiency and the client's journey underscores her dedication to delivering impactful results in the healthcare industry.

Jeff leads the Veterans Health Administration Home Telehealth contract and the VA Sales Team at AMC Health. With over 20 years of clinical sales experience, he has successfully launched and managed several Chronic Disease programs, focusing on Cardiac and Adult Respiratory conditions. Jeff resides in Southern Illinois with his wife, Jana, and two daughters. Cayleigh is currently studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Illinois, while Gracie aspires to pursue medicine. Beyond work, Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, accompanied by his Labrador Retrievers, "Pepper and Olive."

Crystal leads the Commercial Sales & Partnership Department for AMC Health. She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a decade spent working for health plans in sales and sales leadership. Her expertise is in the government lines of business. She is passionate about improving the quality of healthcare for all. That is what led her to the digital/virtual care space. She saw the opportunity to marry her experience in the insurance industry with her passion for improving healthcare. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting and has competed in several bodybuilding competitions. She enjoys photography and spending time at the beach. She also volunteers with Vets-to-Vets United, which pairs rescue dogs with veterans who are battling PTSD and TBI. She has a son, Tyler, and a border collie/sheltie named Lexi. She resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.

He receives multiple innovation awards, including the highest lifetime award in data analytics, and is a frequent speaker and a widely published author. Dr. Rao was most recently a Partner at KPMG and a Principal in their Advisory Services practice, where he led the entire health care and life sciences data and analytics practice across North America. Over two decades as a visionary in healthcare 'big data' predictive modeling, Dr. Rao has published over 150 papers and one book and holds over 60 analytics-related patents.

Jon Fenton Roy Barrett, MD, PhD, is AMC Health's Senior Consultant for OBGYN, a renowned obstetrician, and an expert in Maternal Fetal Medicine. As Professor and Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology at McMaster University, he holds the F.L. Johnson Chair in Women's Reproductive Health Research. Dr. Barrett is a World Health Organization advisor on Maternal Health, Vice Chair of the Board for the Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and President of the Canadian Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine. Founder and Chair of the Southern Ontario Obstetrical Network, he previously served as Full Professor and Vice Chair at the University of Toronto, emphasizing quality in women's health.

His noteworthy tenure includes 28 years at PacificSource Health Plans, where he served as President and CEO. Provencher played a pivotal role in the company's growth, overseeing its expansion into three states, diversification of services, strategic acquisitions, and significant revenue and net worth increase. Prior to his CEO role, he held key positions at PacificSource, VHA Upstate New York, United Health Services, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. With a wealth of experience in healthcare operations and provider contracting, Provencher is recognized for navigating the complexities of the U.S. healthcare landscape.

Mitchell Fong is the President-Elect of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Nevada Chapter, and is the Founder of Innovise Consulting. Before consulting, he served as the Vice President of Virtual Care at Renown Health, serving northern Nevada, Lake Tahoe, and northeast California. Mitchell has been in healthcare for over ten years, focusing on population health and innovation. He studied molecular biology at the University of California, San Diego, before pursuing a master's degree in public health, with a focus on Epidemiology, when he became enamored with telehealth while focusing his research on the need for telehealth in Rural Nevada to address healthcare equity and control healthcare costs. Mitchell completed his MPH and an Executive MBA at the University of Nevada, Reno. Mitchell has served in multiple roles across the healthcare industry, spanning acute and ambulatory operations, analytics, and population health strategic planning before leading Telehealth and Virtual Care. Mitchell is a board member and President-Elect for the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Nevada chapter and humbly serves on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) committee while also serving on the Food Bank of Northern Nevada board. As a public health professional, Mitchell has been able to help implement and develop population health and virtual care strategies while focusing on his mission to improve healthcare, leveraging innovation and technology to create an equitable and sustainable health system for all.
